My laptop has broken, my phone won’t synchronise with my desktop and I’ve yet to eat and drive up to fortnight flo‘s for tomorrow’s parkrun.
But I did get my run in. A quite incredible pathetic 0.37 miles. Picture the scene. I’d got off the bus. My brolly* was up. I had two carrier bags of shopping and a backpack. I wasn’t dressed for running…
