Club tonight was a hill session.
Up and down the wrong hill.
Up and down a long steep hill.
Up and down a short steep hill.
And then a lovely downhill cool down back to the club house.
Good going – I find hill rep sessions really difficult so good to have other people doing it with you to keep motivation up!

There’s a good reason for that
are you feeling good for doing it or did you hate every minute of it? I don’t mind running up hills in races but I try and avoid the club’s effort sessions when they involve hills! Well done you for doing it.
I nearly gave up after the first hill, but I’m glad I stayed to the end. Especially as the session is part of my marathon training plan.
You should do more of those they make such a pretty picture! Oh and I’m sure they’re good for you.
Up and down exercise? Sounds like it could be fun….
