(in my age category. Out of five.)
But it was a PB time of 31:40, so I’m happy.
And as this fits neatly into Rule 1 of Febtathlon, I can hold Shazruns’ excellent Rule Three in reserve for another day.

That’s soo cool! I’m in awe. I reckon you can have a rest day for each pb or podium finish, so two rest days?
