…started off informally at Finsbury Park parkrun with Fortnight Flo and Shazruns…
…and then continued in Hyde Park where Audiofuel Sean waved seven of us (Gary Vallance, Fairweather Runner, Misty2000, William, Shazruns, Fortnight Flo and myself) off for a social run around the park.
When we returned, we joined the others (Jog-Blog, I like to count, Fitartist, Paula’s Posterous, Jenks, Gintares, Lazy Betty, Travelling Hopefully and HelsBels) for a pizza.
It was a fun day out and it was really good to put real names and faces to other Janathoners. Next challenge is to get as large a group as possible together for the Bupa 10k…
Well done foe knowing who was there today, it was all I could do to remeber that we were there by the time I got home. Great day, great couple of runs, look forward to meeting up again soon.
Sounds like a lovely day.
Yes maybe a new logo is needed…. a hybrid janathon bupa 10,000 name? Lets ponder and see what comes up. Good to meet you today.
or… sticky toffee pudding club?
Now *that’s* a plan!
£25 for a 10K? Ha ha. No.

Sounds like a great day 🙂
Like the 10,000 metres logo on your blog – think I’ll copy you on that one.
Lovely to meet you yesterday, I am extremely impressed with your running, you are so consistent with your pace. Looking forward to hearing how the running workshop goes, amd I think I might have to buy a chirunning book – you are a great advert for it…
I couldn’t remember how to spell your blog name, so I’m glad someone else mentioned you in their blog as now I can link you. Great to meet you yesterday, the Bupa 10k is a lovely event as it takes in so many landmarks. x
The BUPA 10km looks great – I’d be in, I think…
It would be great if you were. Fortnight Flo, Shazruns and Fairweatherrunner are all in, I believe.
Cool beans – just noticed you’ve subscribed to my blog – thanks, but you have subscribed to my Biology revision blog for my kids – obviously welcome to do so, but not overly interesting!! http://www.fattipuff.wordpress.com for this sort of thing 😉
Don’t be hard on yourself fatipuff, I’m well impressed that you do podcasts and everything for them. And I have now revised the key differences between mitosis and meiosis … Though obviously not the spellings.
Sounds great! Wish I could have been there too! Maybe will have to try for next time!! 🙂
