After running five km twice yesterday, my feet felt very strongly that they didn’t want to
walk run anywhere today. So I decided to try out a thirty minute beginner workout courtesy of Nike.
Modified burpees and press ups, lunges of various descriptions and a little bit of jumping conspired to remind me that I have the upper body strength of something with no upper body strength at all and the flexibility of a steel rod 😦
Maybe I’ll just stick to running.
