Asking for trouble

I did the Nike workout again today.  The one that, last week, made every muscle from my waist down go on strike for four days.  Am I a fool or an incurable optimist to believe that this time I’ll be fine?  I guess I’ll find out tomorrow when I leap out of bed full of the joys of Monday morning.

I reckon you’ll be fine in the morning. Surely you’re muscles can’t be as shocked the second time. Good luck.
