Time for a new rule. Because today I didn’t run and I didn’t cycle, and I have no intention of moving from the sofa for the rest of the evening. But what will win the coveted title ‘Febtathlon – rule five‘?
In true BAFTA style, the nominees are:
- Running for the bus counts as running.
- One ‘lazy day joker’ can be played at any point during the month.
- 25th February shall be declared a day of rest in celebration of Alexis Denisof‘s birthday.
- A rest day can be taken when the total distance run this year equals the total distance cycled this year (117 miles apiece! Woo Hoo!)
And the winner is…
Rule five
A rest day can be taken when the total distance run this year equals the total distance cycled this year (117 miles apiece! Woo Hoo!)
Yay! Go rule 5… and go 117 miles!! woop!
“…and I have no intention of moving from the sofa for the rest of the evening.”
Oh! So I’m making the food appear this evening then am I? Pah!
What about all/any of the above? I do like the idea of the joker card.
Hope he gets his supper! Try having man flu – I only had to do half the work this evening!
Ooooh – I like rule no 2 best….because I don’y cycle so I can;t invoke rule 5.
Great mileage on both. Great way to let hubby know he is doing dinner!
I thought so, lol. It worked like a charm.
Like rule 5, although 234 exercise miles is pretty cool too!
Long live Wesley (damn, forgotten character’s surname).
I feel I should rise to Andy’s defence. Don’t your other readers know who wields the oven gloves chez Pierrot?
Sounds good to me! lol 🙂
Fair play and well deserved I say! Great total mileage 🙂
