The longest parkrun

On Saturday, I will be joining fairweatherrunner at the Wormwood Scrubs parkrun.

On Sunday, it’s the longest parkrun.  I’m tempted.  Seriously tempted.  Though realistically, 35km in a day is probably a little beyond my capabilities, even with breaks every 5km.  But it is Juneathon, the home of the mad challenge.

Does anyone want to join me?

That looks like a challenge, hardcore Juneathoning indeed. Good luck!

I would have seriously considered this but I have my own (somewhat daft) challenge up my sleeve for Sunday. Beat of luck though, Parkrunning legend! 🙂

35k in one day?! That would seriously increase your Juneathon mileage total 🙂

  8. As the black-eyed peas say…

Do it. Do it. Let’s do it do it do it….

Though by the ‘us’ in “let’s” I, of course, actually mean just you.

I was tempted enough to follow the link and after reading the info the answer would be NO, think you should though!

Would love to except I’m doing Epsom race for life. Next year?

What an intriguingly insane idea! Now if it was a 35km swim, of course…

My goodness, if this isn’t a sorry bunch of supporters, HA! I will do it with you, dear!

Oh… wait… I am on another continent over 3,000 mi. away. Oh, darn 😉

That sounds amazing! If you do it then all the best, i think it’s far, far beyond my capabilities at the moment. Looking forward to the write up 🙂
