Ashton Court parkrun. You start at the bottom of a hill. You run up it. You run down it. You collapse in a wheezing heap. It is far and away the toughest parkrun that I’ve done.
But the views from the top are spectacular, the volunteers are encouraging and the second half is a breeze, so if you find yourself in the vicinity, do yourself a favour and give it a whirl.
Hm – lots of little profile diagrams in your blogs today….have you just discovered them??
I’ve known about them for a while, but I haven’t had any hills to demonstrate!
looks tough!!
Looks like you had to step over something (exhausted parkrunner?) at 2.5 miles.
Shoelace 🙂
Just did this parkrun. Was really tough. Hope you don’t mind if i use your hill profile on my blog? Helpful to explain the insanity of the hill! Cheers
Be my guest!
