Apparently, whatever is wrong with my knee is either intermittent or healed, because the physio could find no trace of it.
So my instructions are to go away, train as I had planned to, and to get in touch if it flares up again.
Oh yes, and to carry on stretching.
Result! I’m off for a quick run around the block.
So you should have ignored his initial advice not to run after all. Gut instinct 1 – Physio 0
Ah, but then I might never have discovered the joys of core stability exercises 😉
