Moving the goalposts

When I started this year’s janathon, I intended to run every day.  But I’ve changed my mind.  So on days when I don’t run (like today), I will do my core stability exercises and my push ups.  Which are, incidentally, coming on a treat.  I’m still on the weedy knee variety, but I can now string together….ooooo……six or even seven at a time.  How buff am I!
