#janathon fail?

It’s half past nine and I have yet to do anything resembling exercise.  The question is, shall I log a fail, or go and run up and down the stairs four times?  Or (I like to count please look away now) I could do a plank.

Decisions, decisions.

    10 squats lunges pressups plank and 5 mins up and down the stairs should do it !

    Shuffle up and down the stair in a seated position, maybe? It’ll be more effective exercise than planking!!
