Yup. You’ve guessed it. Half nine last night and I had yet to do anything resembling exercise. Having done emergency stair-running the night before, there was nothing for it but to dig deep and pull out some emergency push-ups (though still the weedy ones, I’m afraid). But my fears that I was in some weird Janathon groundhog day have proved unfounded. This morning, I ran to work. And it felt good.
