Kingston Breakfast Run

8 miles. 80 mins. 8 o’clock start.

Fair weather. Flat course. Fabulous views.

All good stuff, but the icing on the cake is that today was my last official run before my marathon.

Carb-loading here I come.

Well done. I like a nice Kingston Breakfast run. Done that one a couple of times myself – the 8 and 16 not a bad course. Better than today’s East Sussex that’s for sure – only one hill as I recall. All the best for Brighton!

Wooohooo – super speedy, I hope you are feeling calmer now about your marathon, although at this late stage there is not a lot more you can do! I think you’re well prepared even if you don’t. Enjoy the rest.
