My plan: run to the hot cross bun shop by going under the railway bridge and turning right along the foot path on the north side of the railway line. 2.3 miles.
My revised plan: run to the hot cross bun shop by turning right just before the railway bridge and running along the cycle route on the south side of the railway line. 2.5 miles.
My actual route: run to within spitting distance of the hot cross bun shop along the cycle route to the south of the railway line, get lost, run along a road thinking “the hot cross bun shop is further away than I remember”, come out by the railway bridge I first thought of and end up running along the footpath to the north of the railway line anyway. 3.5 miles.
