A glorious disaster

I ventured to the Windmiler cycling session again this evening.  Despite a few minor hiccoughs* I had a really good time.  And let’s face it – if I hadn’t gone, I’d have cycled four miles home.  As it was, I cycled about twenty, with two 1 mile runs thrown in for good measure.  Which definitely earns me pizza and onion rings.  Result!

*(a) I turned up for 7.00pm but the session starts have been moved to 7.15pm
(b) I didn’t realise it was a brick session, so didn’t have my running shoes
(c) Or my sports bra
(d) Or my Garmin
(e) Or my iPhone armband
(f) And I forgot to start my Runkeeper until halfway through the warm up
(g) And I failed to switch it off after my second cycle
