Losing the plot

This month is going to be a long one.  I have two Open University modules finishing, two Open University modules starting, I’m leaving my job and I’m starting a full-time course.  I also have a 24 mile race, an 18 mile training run and a taper to fit in before my November marathon.  And tomorrow, I have an exam, my first for over ten years.

Can someone please tell me: which way is up?
