I could have gone for an early morning run, but didn’t.
I could have gone for a mid-afternoon run, but didn’t.
Which left me with three options:
- Run to Tai Chi
- Run instead of Tai Chi
- Don’t run.
I went for option 1, which turned out to be a lolloping 5 miles. A pleasant change from last night’s tortuous affair. In fact, it felt so good, that I decided to run part of the way home, bringing the total for the day to just under 9 miles.
Confirmation that you are a machine!
Hardcore (in a relaxed and gentle but focused and strong kind of way)
You are on a running rampage! Good thing you had some nice relaxing Tai Chi in between, to cool your fire 🙂
That’s some mileage you’re knocking out this month, ultra will feel like a stroll! 🙂
Running to and from places rocks! You collect miles without even noticing! 🙂
Wow, and some relaxation in the middle! There and back and a bit in the middle runs are the best for cranking up the miles 🙂
Dedication! Nice…
Tai chi sounds like fun and well done on running 9 miles as well. 🙂
wonderful relaxed mileage!
