Running late

I could have gone for an early morning run, but didn’t.

I could have gone for a mid-afternoon run, but didn’t.

Which left me with three options:

  1. Run to Tai Chi
  2. Run instead of Tai Chi
  3. Don’t run.

I went for option 1, which turned out to be a lolloping 5 miles.  A pleasant change from last night’s tortuous affair.  In fact, it felt so good, that I decided to run part of the way home, bringing the total for the day to just under 9 miles.

Wow, and some relaxation in the middle! There and back and a bit in the middle runs are the best for cranking up the miles 🙂
