I ran. My training plan said to run, so I ran. What I didn’t do was the cross-training, but frankly, I can live with that.
You slacker you
Big wobble, little wobble, cardboard box? If you feel the need to wobble I know a full proof method of getting back in the saddle. It involves me smelling pretty bad and sitting too close to you for several hours, it brings inspiration by the bucketload
Listen to your body
I do. Especially when it’s telling me not to run 🙂
