Bored now

I want to go for a run.  It has been less than a week, and I’m itching to get out the door.

I wonder whether a leisurely parkrun on Saturday might be doable?

  1. I’m run/walking – 5min run, 3min walk, repeat. Think you can handle that? (and when I say “run”….)

    Just take it very easy and keep inserting the walking bits.

  3. I actually know how you feel. Didn’t think I could miss running this much and it’s only been less than a week. I suppose that’s sort of a good thing right?
    A walk/run sounds good. Don’t let it geo, geop, jepo jeopro… ruin your chance of taking part in any races you have coming up though.

    NO,don’t do it. REST your injury. You’ll be mad to run before you are completely fit again. Don’t turn a short-term niggle into a long-term injury!

  5. Hope you can make parkrun…. But if you know you should rest then rest. Don’t want to cause more problems!
