A festival of excuses

I have been abducted by aliens and replaced with a clone. There is no other explanation for the fact that I went running this morning, despite having not one, not two but three iron clad, bona fide, coach-proof excuses not to.

And despite having shoes that were still damp from yesterday’s outing.

You must have more than one pair of shoes? I couldn’t run in shoes that were wet before I started. Hardcore.
