24:56 [Warning – this post contains stats]

Since I completed my first parkrun in a time of 35:47, I have run 14 parkrun PBs, and fittingly, I have run them at 14 different venues.

  • Wimbledon – 15 January 2011 – 32:56
  • Basingstoke – 29 January 2011 – 32:52
  • Roundshaw Downs – 5 February 2011 – 31:40
  • Old Deer Park – 19 February 2011 – 31:32*
  • Cambridge – 5 March 2011 – 29:45
  • Braunstone – 2 April 2011 – 29:43
  • Greenwich – 16 April 2011 – 29:37
  • Brockwell – 11 June 2011 – 28:56
  • Oak Hill – 27 August 2011 – 27:26
  • Gunnersbury – 5 November 2011 – 27:03
  • Gdynia – 10 March 2012 – 26:21
  • Woodley – 20 October 2012 – 25:32
  • Huddersfield – 28 December 2013 – 25:13**
  • Fulham Palace – 22 February 2013 – 24:56***

Inspired by all of that, I decided that a small graph was in order.

parkrun times and pbs

There are no prizes for spotting which runs I completed with a broken foot.  And no prizes for consistency either.

*A PB and last place.  You win some, you lose some.

**Thank you, Mike, for helping me beat my 14 month old PB.

*** Whoop!  Woo Hoo!  Hooray!  Yay!  Hurrah!  Yes!  and other similar exclamations.
