Food for thought

I have just spent a very thought-provoking evening with Vanessa (@neferpuss) at a running technique workshop run by James Dunne (@kineticrev).

While I haven’t come away with a magic spell that will instantly transform me from plodder into running goddess, I have learned a few drills and skills which should help me to move towards a more efficient running style, given enough time, practice and patience.

If you have any spare time or patience that you want to send my way, I’d be grateful!

Now there’s me thinking you were a running goddess already!

  3. I’m “enjoying” James’ 30 day running technique challenge. It’s amazing how many of us spend no time on technique. Good luck with putting it into action.
