Wimping out

I had a speed session in my plan for today.

I fully intended to do it.

I put on my kit, left the house, waited for my Garmin to find a satellite and then set off.

And then, 41 seconds later, I stopped and slunk back home.

At the time, it felt like the sensible choice, but I suspect that there was a strong element of wimp involved.

Oh well.  There’s always tomorrow.

You are so not a wimp! It is good to have a day off, the speed session tomorrow will be so much better 🙂

41 seconds more than I managed today! Anyway I reckon we should all listen to our inner wimps more often.
