“30 mins easy”
Done. At lunch time, I decided to skip today’s run (working late, just an easy, blah blah blah), but then I was reminded of how it felt when I couldn’t run, and that was just enough to tip the scales.
So I ran. It wasn’t anything spectacular, just a short pootle on the well-worn streets near my house, but it felt good.
Sometimes “because I can” is all the mojo you need.
Often “because I can” Is all the explanation I have for doing ridiculous runs and races. Well done.
Funny! I felt exactly the same for yesterdays lunchtime run. 30 minutes of……..plodding.
Dory got me through the day….. Just keep running (swimming/cycling/walking), Just keep running 😉
