WHW: Tyndrum to Bridge of Orchy

Depending how you measure it, today was either very long or very short.  I caught the 8 o’clock train from Edinburgh to Glasgow and then the 10 o’clock train from Glasgow to Tyndrum, and so didn’t start running until half twelve.  The six and a half miles to Bridge of Orchy took 70 mins, giving me just enough time to inhale a cup of hot chocolate at the hotel there before standing in a lay-by with a charming Canadian to flag down the bus back to Tyndrum. By half two I was back in Tyndrum having lunch and by three I was ensconced in my hotel room.

This sounded glorious

Largely runnable

No room at the inn
