Forgive me, physio, for I have sinned. I did no physio whatsoever at all during December.
But that is all going to change. Well, obviously the no physio during December won’t change, because I don’t own a time machine, and if I did the chances are that I’d go back full of good intentions and then slack off again in the face of builders, boxes, dust and my return to full-time work. But I am going to complete my physio exercises every day during January, because I have signed up for Janathon (physio edition).
I don’t promise to blog every day, and I certainly won’t bore everyone by listing each and every physio exercise that I complete, but I will balance a little, strengthen a little and stretch a little every day.
At least that’s the plan.
