The reality: dog-jog*; physio
I’d popped round to see my super-lovely friend, fully intending to go for a run when I got home, but she had three overripe bananas and a working oven and I had a banana loaf recipe I’ve been itching to try, so lunch and a dog-jog morphed into lunch, baking, dog-jog and afternoon tea featuring banana loaf.
Oh well. At least I did my physio.
