The plan

(1) Go home
(2) Change into running kit
(3) Go for run
(4) Do all physiotherapy

The practice

(1) Go home
(1a) Sit down
(1b) Get sat on by cat
(1c) Stroke cat
(1d) Tweet about situation
(1e) Poke cat
(1f) Get glared at by cat
(1g) Move decisively evicting cat
(2) Change into running kit
(3) Go for run
(3a) Realise Garmin is still inside
(3b) Go back into house
(3c) Get looked at by hopeful cat
(3d) Harden heart
(3e) Leave house again
(3f) Freeze while Garmin finds signal
(3g) Go for run
(4) Do some physiotherapy
