In stitches

I don’t get stitches often, but I got one today.  So my quick (these things are relative) run around the block turned into a slow, stop/start effort.  But I was in running shoes and I broke into a sweat, so I’m counting it.

I found out today that flo and I missed a stalking opportunity yesterday as dailydash was the race director at the Milton Keynes parkrun.  Still, I suspect that the last thing you want when you are directing a parkrun is to be disturbed by random ‘athoners, so it’s probably all for the best.

  5. Shame about the stitch.
It looks like parkruns could be an opportunity for an early Juneathon picnic – but only one chance left.
