Making the transition

If you look at my exercise log for today, you’d be forgiven for thinking that I’ve just cheated and uploaded yesterday’s again.

But.

This time, I was prepared.  This time I had put my running kit by the door ready and waiting.  And my husband was stalking me via my spooky running app and was holding the door open for me when I arrived home.

So this time, instead of taking 4 mins to get back out the house, it only took me 2.  If only I could improve my running that much!

Oooooh… a big improvement there on day 2… what spooky running app are you using? That sounds like some kind of technical wonder I’d be interested in!!

Runmeter. I’ve set it to email my husband every five minutes. I like to think that it will help him find me if I fall over in a ditch somewhere.

Oooh good thinking. I seem to remember from Janathon that the key is to prepare… I think having ac supportive hubby as you do also helps!

  5. Planning and forethought eh? Maybe I should try that someday.

Mmmm think you need to invest in superman type phone box to get the change time down more than that!
